Venue and travel

The event will take place the day before and the day of UPCEA. Programming will begin at 3:00 PM on Tuesday. To ensure a smooth arrival, we recommend booking flights that arrive in New Orleans by 1:00 PM, allowing adequate time for ground transportation, hotel check-in, and arrival ahead of the event kickoff.

The event will conclude at noon on Wednesday, providing sufficient time to transition to the UPCEA kickoff at 1:00 PM.

While we do not have a designated hotel block, attendees joining for UPCEA can easily use their same accommodations. For additional options, visit UPCEA’s recommended hotels list.
